This policy applies to purchases made through the available Waffo checkout. No charge is taken when checkout is unavailable.
No current charges
The template tool is free. AI credits may be purchased through a one-time pack or a recurring subscription when checkout is enabled. Check the amount, currency and billing period before paying.
Before paid features launch
Contact support within 7 days of your first subscription payment or a credit-pack purchase to request a full refund if the purchased credits remain unused. Generation failures return credits automatically and do not by themselves create a cash refund. Cancel future renewals through Account. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Unexpected payment
If you believe a charge relates to this website, contact us with the date, amount and non-sensitive order reference. Never send a full card number, CVC, banking password or payment secret.
