This policy explains how Text Match Cut handles information for templates, accounts and optional AI and payment features.
Your text and videos
The template tool renders your text and video in your browser. Local template exports do not upload your clip. If you use Google sign-in, we store your Google account identifier, name and verified email to manage your account, session and credits. We do not receive your Google password. Downloaded files remain under your control.
Hosting and fonts
Cloudflare hosts this website and may process connection information, including IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect it. Google Fonts is requested to display the website typography; your browser sends connection information to Google when loading those font resources.
Analytics and cookies
This release does not install advertising, Google Analytics, Clarity or session-replay scripts. Google sign-in uses essential secure session cookies and a short-lived authorization cookie. Waffo may use cookies on its hosted checkout or customer portal. Your browser and our hosting provider may use ordinary caching and essential security mechanisms.
Support and your choices
If you email us, we use the information you send to respond and resolve your request. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.
Future features and changes
Optional AI background generation sends your style description and aspect ratio to KIE. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts. Generation task records are kept for up to 7 days; provider-hosted outputs may follow KIE retention periods. Waffo processes checkout and billing when enabled; we store order identifiers, status and credit transactions, not card numbers. Account and billing records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Contact support to request account deletion; legally required billing records may be retained.
